15MnNiNbDR steel adopts advanced smelting processes such as KR desulfurization, top-low compound blowing, RH vacuum treatment, and protection pouring in the whole process of continuous casting, which fully reduces the content of S, P and gas inclusions in the steel, and improves the purity of the steel. Reduce the C content, add alloying elements N and Nb, and use the dispersion distribution of the carbonitride second phase particles of the strong carbide forming element Nb in the steel to refine the grains and improve the strength, low temperature toughness and weldability of the steel. The proper heat treatment process is adopted to obtain stable ferrite + pearlite structure, and the structure of the steel plate remains stable after hot working, welding, SR treatment, etc.

Remarks on ingredients: Cr, Mo, and Cu are residual elements; in order to improve the performance of the steel plate, Nb, V, Ti and other elements can be added to the steel, Nb+V+Ti≤0.12.
